Before Agel, I went on my own wellness campaign. I found a blueprint for what to do in (the first edition of) You: The Owner’s Manual.  That introduced a huge pill-based supplement regimen into my life.  Then a friend showed me Agel and its innovative gel-suspension technology for nutritional supplements.   Agel EXO and MIN covered most my needs, but I still had big heartburn-provoking calcium pills each evening.  Ugh!  Now with Agel CAL, I actually look forward to a yummy calcium supplement in chocolate gel after dinner.
